Complete an online assessment of your health and lifestyle. It takes stock of the state your diet, exercise and stress levels, this takes about 30 mins. Added to the assessment is a physical fitness test that you can do on your own and takes around an hour.
Once you've completed both parts you will get a full written report laying out the strengths and weaknesses of your lifestyle. It will also show you what is your future outlook is likely to be.
With that report you will schedule a 30 min conversation with Dr Greg Venning (in person or via Skype) to help you to overcome obstacles and move toward your vitality.
